The team develops and supports critical technology platforms that enhance operational resiliency, business continuity, security, scalability, and innovation across DTCC’s business operations, post-trade processing services, and emerging digital asset initiatives. The Impact You Will Have In This Role As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, availability, resiliency, and performance of business-critical applications that support DTCC’s post-trade processing, settlement, and next-generation financial technology platforms. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, cloud engineering, and business teams to diagnose and resolve production issues, support application deployments, enhance monitoring and observability capabilities, and improve operational readiness across the technology landscape. This role provides the opportunity to work with modern technologies across cloud platforms, enterprise messaging systems, distributed applications, automation initiatives, and enterprise observability solutions. You will contribute to operational excellence by improving reliability, reducing operational risk, strengthening disaster recovery capabilities, and supporting applications that are essential to DTCC’s day-to-day business operations and strategic technology transformation efforts.
