This position is contingent upon successful award of a government contract and subsequent government approval.

About the role

ZenPoint Solutions is seeking several Application Support Analysts (Tier II) to oversee legacy application operations within a hybrid VPC and global network infrastructure for a federal government customer. This role manages over 200 legacy applications and products, including existing and new products introduced during this effort.

Responsibilities

• Oversee application user management to provide and maintain access.
• Support installation and deployment of customer legacy and new applications, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, evaluation, maintenance, availability, and performance monitoring.
• Implement self-learning and self-healing corrective actions to enhance application reliability and minimize operation downtime during critical, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance by expediting deployment of approved changes, fixes, or updates.
• Conduct routine application maintenance and provide emergency system support, including emergency changes, updates, patches, and deployments, ensuring minimal user disruption and implementing DevOps practices.
• Manage, monitor, install, remove, obtain, and renew application certifications in collaboration with Tier III teams to ensure application readiness for Authority to Operate (ATO).

Requirements

• Must be a United States Citizen and present proof of citizenship if selected.
• Five or more years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• AWS or Azure Associate certification.
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification(s).

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $112,000.
