Immigration Analyst II
About the role
The Immigration Analyst II will be a strategic partner to professionals, managers, and directors of multiple functions, external stakeholders, governments, and immigration service providers to take the lead on the successful execution and development of the Immigration Strategy within Region or Segment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work under very limited supervision and utilize considerable immigration knowledge to manage a moderate to highly complex level of immigration casework
- Seamlessly carry out moderate to highly complex, sequential projects while considering contingencies and alternatives
- Utilize specialized practical immigration expertise of processes and procedures and stakeholder viewpoint to propose new immigration projects, contribute or influence the Immigration Strategy and process improvements
- Solve a range of complex immigration problems based on practice, precedent, recognized procedures, and existing solutions, having some discretion on matters of significance
- Analyze, plan, and coordinate all requirements of an immigration process from initial consultation and eligibility assessment, to drafting technical advice and documentation preparation, while ensuring legal compliance, optimal processing timeliness, and maximum efficiency
- Provide operational support to professionals, managers, and directors by proactively responding to immigration inquiries, identifying, and analyzing a range of existing problems, researching potential solutions, alternatives, and recommended courses of action
- Serve as liaison between employees, internal stakeholders, outside immigration counsel, and other immigration service providers to act as first point of remediation for any issues
- Maintain data integrity in accordance with the Immigration Department’s guidelines by tracking visa, work permit, and residence permit progress through the Immigration systems
- Proactively act as a lead or resource for junior team members to manage work performance
- Solicit input from stakeholders, vendors, and providers to anticipate changes and improve or create processes that will benefit FieldCore
- Develop training guides, materials to assist other immigration team members and employees with Immigration processes and procedures
- Manage the local relationships, performances, and evaluations of immigration vendors and providers to ensure a clear understanding of the company’s needs and business objectives and costs are tracked and reviewed
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A high school diploma
- 5+ years Immigration-specific experience, or equivalent
- English proficiency required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills to meet tight deadlines

Compensation And Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. This is an exempt from overtime position.
