Job Summary

About the role

The Application Support Analyst will provide basic technical and administrative service/support for client IT needs. Service channels include Phone, Web and Chat. Assist clients with service request fulfillment, technical problems and information technology issues involving desktops, laptops, network, wireless device or other various technological problems. Provide timely resolution of problems or escalate on behalf of client to appropriate technical staff. Support and maintain positive face-to-face IT relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic technical and administrative service/support for client IT needs.
    • Service channels include Phone, Web and Chat.
    • Aid clients with service request fulfillment, technical problems and information technology issues involving desktops, laptops, network, wireless device or other various technological problems.
    • Resolve problems or escalate on behalf of client to appropriate technical staff.
    • Maintain positive face-to-face IT relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in IT computer field support or face to face customer support
  • Specialized areas of expertise: Network, Wireless, Enterprise Applications, Specialized Applications and Tier 2 Desktop Application support
  • Experience with a variety of equipment (Dell desktops and laptops, ruggedized field laptops, various PC peripherals, MFDs, iPhones and tablets)
  • Tier I Experience

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or comparable quantitative field or equivalent related work experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $33.00 without PTO. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
