Key Responsibilities

• Act as a software detective, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve business processes.
• Analyze recurring problems and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
• Associates degree.
• Role requires onsite client work 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in C# programming language, MySQL, Apache Hive, and Teradata Database.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ programming language.

Pay

• California: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
