Application Production Support
What's the Job?
Provide 24x7 follow-the-sun operational support for real-time banking applications. Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to banking platforms and associated applications. Participate in incident management, ensuring timely resolution and communication across teams. Support change and release activities, including documentation and risk management. Collaborate with technology and business partners to ensure application stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What's Needed?
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and SQL database query language
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
- Knowledge of application support processes including incident and release management
- Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and locations
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement automation solutions
