About the Role

  • Own the role of industrial circuit protection subject matter expert
  • Work with the sales team and other technical staff to drive design wins of Littelfuse industrial products
  • Serve as the key point of contact for providing technical support for all industrial circuit protection solutions
  • Conduct detailed product and application training events for key customers, technical reps, and internal sales teams
  • Coordinate between engineering, product management, and sales to develop requirements for new products that deliver best-in-class solutions to key customers in growing and emerging markets
  • Identify technology and competitive trends in the market and define their impacts to Littelfuse
  • Develop technical publications like white papers, application notes, and guides
  • Perform feasibility studies to uncover new product capabilities and features
  • Participate in product standard and industry committees such as UL, NEMA, and IEC

The location of this role is flexible but ideally within Northern California or the West Coast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline
  • Understanding of core principles of Electrical and Engineering with the ability to apply them to real-world applications
  • Flexible and willing to work with multiple functional groups within the company
  • 3-5 years of prior job experience in the industrial electrical industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Driven, self-motivated, and eager to make an impact
  • Motivated to join an international, fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about technology and looking to apply that passion to a career
  • Willing to travel within the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical design concepts and tools like Autodesk Inventor and engineering drawings
  • 5-10 years of application engineering experience with industrial circuit protection products
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline

Pay

Salary Range: $84,400 - $150,280. The salary offered will vary depending on location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
