Application Engineer

Role Overview: This hybrid onsite position based in West Chester, PA, is for an Application Engineer responsible for serving as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and develop solutions tailored to customer needs in advanced motion control for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial sectors.Evaluate applications, perform technical analyses, and support development of custom-engineered products.Lead customer programs from concept to production, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines and risks.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through technical presentations, support, and ongoing engagement.Gather market intelligence to inform future product development and strategic growth initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.3-5+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.Experience working directly with customers to develop technical solutions and strong communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel as needed.Preferred experience with motors, motion control, aerospace, defense, or regulated environments, and familiarity with ITAR and compliance standards.
