We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes job summary, principal duties and responsibilities, knowledge, skills & abilities, education and experience, physical demands, working conditions, disclaimer, SPX Flow values, anticipated salary range. We need to map content to sections. We should not repeat job title as heading (not given). No Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit application instructions but there is disclaimer, values, etc. We need to remove disclaimer? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Disclaimer is legal boilerplate; likely should be removed. SPX FLOW VALUES maybe not boilerplate but could be considered values; but it's not a standard section heading; we could include under "About the role" or maybe separate "Company Values" but not in allowed headings list. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should not create extra headings. So we can incorporate values into About the role or maybe omit if not fitting. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine. We need to include Pay section only if posting states salary. It does: "Anticipated salary range for this position: $85,000-$100,000." So we need a Pay section with that info. Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info, so omit. Benefits: not mentioned; omit. Qualifications: could be Education And Experience. Could also include Knowledge, Skills & Abilities as Skills. Requirements maybe same as Qualifications. We need to decide. We have sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (principal duties), Requirements (maybe knowledge, skills & abilities?), Qualifications (education and experience), Skills (maybe knowledge, skills & abilities again). But we should avoid duplication. Better: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (principal duties), Qualifications (education + experience), Skills (knowledge, skills & abilities). Pay section. We must not create headings with filler text. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's extract content. Job Summary: "Responsible for preparing quotations to meet the process and mechanical requirements of customer specifications while working closely with the outside sales team executing company selling strategy. Supports sales representative team by responding to customer questions and inquiries in a timely manner. Assists with the order reconciliation process and successful hand off to the Project Management team or the Technical Processing Team, as required. May require the entering of orders into ERP system while including all documentation. Qualified candidates will have the ability to blend technical and commercial sales skills to support and drive business." That's About the role. Principal Duties And Responsibilities: long list. We'll capture as bullet list. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: list. Education And Experience: bullet. Physical demands and working conditions: maybe we could include under "About the role" or separate? Not in allowed headings. Could omit as not required. But we might include under "Responsibilities"? Not appropriate. Probably we can omit physical demands and working conditions as they are not in allowed headings; but we must preserve ALL substantive information. However we cannot create new headings beyond allowed list. We could incorporate that info into existing sections like About the role or Responsibilities? Might be okay to add a paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities describing physical demands. But that may be stretching. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep that info somewhere. Since we cannot add new headings, we can put it as a paragraph under an existing section, maybe under "About the role" or "Responsibilities". But physical demands are not about role responsibilities; still we can add a paragraph under "About the role" after the summary. That would preserve info. Similarly, working conditions can be added. Disclaimer and SPX FLOW VALUES: we need to preserve substantive information. Values could be added under About the role as a note. Disclaimer is legal boilerplate; we should remove per instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". So disclaimer should be removed. Values maybe not boilerplate; but it's not a standard heading; we could include under About the role as a brief note. We must not repeat duplicated lines. Ensure we don't duplicate. Now produce HTML. Structure:

About the role

Job summary paragraph.

Physical demands paragraph.

Working conditions paragraph.

Company values paragraph (optional).

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty as list item.

Pay

Anticipated salary range for this position: $85,000-$100,000.

We should avoid duplicate "Strong oral and written communication skills" appears twice in knowledge, skills & abilities list (once as "Good oral and written communications skills; able to provide concise and accurate technical communications" and later "Strong oral and written communication skills". We'll keep both as separate items? They are similar but not identical; we can keep both. Check for duplication: also "Good oral and written communications skills; able to provide concise and accurate technical communications" and "Strong oral and written communication skills". Keep both. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Disclaimer". We removed. Check for any duplicated lines: In responsibilities there may be repeated sentences; we need to ensure we don't duplicate. We'll extract unique bullet points. Let's parse responsibilities text: "Provides first line quotation support for custom mixer solutions to the Sales Representatives or other team members as required. Support maybe through emails, eSales, CFD analysis, phone calls, conference calls, customer visits and/or lab testing, with peer assistance.Develops a technical written proposal (including all necessary documentation) in response to customer inquiries.Applies engineering principles to translate the process and mechanical requirements of customer specifications into the most advisable sales quotation with the direction process design leadership or peers. We need to split into sensible bullet points. Avoid duplication: there are repeated phrases about coordinating creation of engineering drawings and sourcing non-standard parts appears twice. We'll combine. Let's create bullet list: - Provides first-line quotation support for custom mixer solutions to Sales Representatives or other team members (via email, eSales, CFD analysis, phone calls, conference calls, customer visits, lab testing) with peer assistance. - Develops technical written proposals (including all necessary documentation) in response to customer inquiries. - Applies engineering principles to translate customer process and mechanical requirements into advisable sales quotations, guided by process design leadership or peers; may coordinate creation of engineering drawings and sourcing of non-standard parts. - With direction from peers/supervisor, designs complete mixers to meet simple mechanical specifications and/or process requirements by performing calculations; coordinates engineering drawings and sourcing with sourcing department or vendors for non-standard parts; more complex designs are referred to the mechanical engineering team. - Consistently delivers process designs and quotes within committed and requested due dates. - Leads handover of new orders for ERP entry by reviewing order requirements and entering all necessary data. - Estimates costs and develops list pricing for complete mixers per published guidelines for custom solutions. - Available to travel approximately 20% of the time. - Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments during quotation and order reconciliation to ensure quality product per SPX Flow policies and timely, on-spec delivery. - Contributes to technical sales strategy setting with assistance from Commercial and/or Global Product Management Team for competitive bids. - Files all completed work electronically to maintain historical records per Application Engineering team policies. - Supports customer witness and non-witness lab testing opportunities (can be paid process consulting). - Acts as supporting team member on customer visits. - Runs simple CFD requests for clients using internal CFD automation tools. - Completes extensive AE training program within 7‑9 months to become self‑sufficient in design and quoting, followed by a test on process and mechanical design concepts. - Performs other job duties and tasks as assigned. Now physical demands paragraph: "This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
