Responsibilities
- Install, test, and troubleshoot automation components
- Deliver training and consulting for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
- Conduct testing and evaluate new automation system technologies
- Collaborate with sales teams to assess customer needs and propose solutions
- Perform field installations of prototype systems and train customer resources
- Create e-learning training modules
- Create assembly and layout drawings, design documentation, and BOM using CAD software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field
- 4 years of automation systems experience
- Expertise in installing, testing, and troubleshooting automation components
- Proficient in creating CAD drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Experience in field installations of prototype systems with customer training
- Skilled in preparing product proposals with technical descriptions
- Background in providing technical training and sales engineering support
