We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented or summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: Could be "Position Overview". That's a description of the role. So we can put

About the role

with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: There's a list under "Job Responsibilities". Use
  • . - Requirements: Might be "Qualifications" and "Behavioral Profile" etc. The spec says we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what to put where. The posting includes "Qualifications" (education, experience, computer skills, knowledge). Also "Behavioral Profile" includes language, math, operating, reasoning, mental stamina, physical demands. Also "Accountabilities" maybe part of responsibilities? Actually "Accountabilities Continual learning..." etc. Might be part of responsibilities or requirements. We need to include sections only if they have real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (position overview) - Responsibilities (job responsibilities list) - Requirements (maybe combine qualifications and behavioral profile? But we have separate headings allowed: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. The posting includes: - Qualifications: "A four year degree in engineering discipline is preferred; a 2 year technical degree and 2+ years of related experience will be considered. Strong computer skills required. Knowledge of the HVAC building automation industry is a plus." - Then repeats some responsibilities again? Actually after Qualifications there is a list that looks like responsibilities again: "Works cooperatively and constructively with our external sales team, project manager, and service group to meet annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Develops and maintains strong technical and applications expertise with all Accuspec represented products. Prepares quotations and responds to technical inquiries in a timely manner in response to customer requests. Supports our external sales team in the field as needed." That seems duplicate of responsibilities. - Behavioral Profile: language skills, mathematical skills, operating skills, reasoning ability, mental stamina, physical demands. - Benefits Overview: list of benefits. - Pay: Not explicitly stated except "Competitive Weekly Pay" mentioned in benefits overview. So we have pay info: "Competitive Weekly Pay". That's specific enough to create a Pay section? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive Weekly Pay". So we can include Pay section with that phrase. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. It says "This position is full time located in our Danbury, CT office." That implies schedule full-time but not explicit schedule details. The rule: never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule like hours, shift, etc. So we should not create Schedule section. - Benefits: we have Benefits Overview with list. So we create Benefits section. - Skills: Could be derived from Behavioral Profile (language, math, operating, reasoning, mental stamina, physical demands). Those are skills. So we can create Skills section with those bullet points. - Requirements: Could be the qualifications (education, experience, computer skills, HVAC knowledge). So we create Requirements section. - About the role: position overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: the job responsibilities list (the first list under Job Responsibilities). We need to ensure we capture all responsibilities, not duplicate. We must not repeat content. Need to be careful to not duplicate the repeated responsibilities that appear again under Qualifications. We'll only include the responsibilities from the "Job Responsibilities" section. Now we need to extract the exact text. Let's copy the relevant parts.
