Responsibilities
- Identifying top opportunities for growing the business through product development
- Working with repair facilities to improve the quality of products and margin delivery
- Developing new products to enhance drilling performance, increase market share, and drive a clear product strategy for the basin
- Providing and presenting technical support and application expertise to the sales and operations teams
- Working with customers to analyze and optimize drilling performance and present clear solutions through technical presentations
Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Petroleum preferred) or a similar degree
- Have 2 years in an engineering role in the oil/gas industry, with 5 years preferred
- Have 1 year minimum experience in drill bits, with 3 years preferred
- Have experience in delivering technical presentations to customers

Pay
The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with flexibility for client needs.
