Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between business users and IT development teams.
- Provide frontline support for application issues, service requests, and reporting needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve application functionality and user experience.
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support materials for business applications and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Cook up software rollouts, testing, updates, and implementation projects.
- Cook up vendor relationships, software updates, QA/testing, and end-user support for systems including Sysdyne and ERPLY POS.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and assist with deployment and user adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting business applications and incident management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
- Excellent technical writing, training, and process documentation skills.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational abilities.
- An analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with software testing, training delivery, and process mapping preferred.
