Application Development Training Program

Role Overview: This position involves delivering an intensive training program designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills, internships, and career support. Key Responsibilities Facilitate in-classroom skill development in areas such as Application Development, Banking, Business Operations, IT Support, Project Management, and Data Analysis.Provide personalized coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to participants.Assist participants in building professional communication, interview, and networking skills, as well as resume development.Support participants in securing internships with leading organizations and gaining real-world experience. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree is not required.Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.Availability to participate fully in the program.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Key Duties Deliver classroom instruction and facilitate skill-building activities.Guide participants through career development processes, including resume writing and interview preparation.Coordinate internship placements and support participants during their internships.Track progress and provide mentorship to ensure successful program completion and employment readiness.
