Application Development Training Program

Role Overview: This position involves delivering an intensive training program designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills, including access to internships and job placement services. Responsibilities: Provide classroom-based skill development in areas such as banking, IT support, application development, data analysis, project management, business operations, customer success, and network security.Mentor participants, support their professional growth, and assist with resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills.Coordinate internship placements at leading organizations and ensure participants meet program requirements.Offer ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to help participants launch their careers. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED.Eligible to work in the U.S.Motivated to learn technical and professional skills.No Bachelor's degree required.Availability Monday through Friday for the program duration.Ability to engage in screening questions during application. Key Benefits: Participants gain business, communication, and networking skills, with support to transition into employment or further education. During internships, students earn a weekly stipend of $525. Graduates have a high employment and education rate, with an average starting salary of $55,000 annually.
