Application Development Senior Advisor

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a transformational program team across different business lines
• Enhance customer experience through personalized services across multiple channels
• Develop and support Conversational IVRs and conduct relevant testing
• Build and implement CAI applications ensuring alignment with business needs
• Design and develop multimedia application user experiences
• Assist project stakeholders with effort estimates for new initiatives
• Engage with various partners to troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Maintain code quality and ensure defect-free programming during development cycles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computers or Engineering and 5 years of experience
• Experience with Conversational AI development and IVR application development
• Proficient in Genesys platforms including GVP and Desktop
• Strong skills in Java Development with VXML and backend integration
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in a large-scale financial enterprise environment
• Knowledge of various testing tools and technologies related to voice and digital domains

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
