About the role

The Application Development and Deployment Lead position at Redhorse Corporation is responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of applications. This role requires a strong background in software development and a current security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
• Develop and maintain secure software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and processes
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• A current Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.
• Experience with database management systems like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
