Application Developer Mid

Responsibilities

• Complete the delivery of design, code, and testing for modules or multiple features and enablers.
• Refined and translated system requirements into Appian applications.
• Prepared requirements definitions, designs, and technical specifications as part of sprint planning activities.
• Created business and/or technical designs for new or modified application features or enablers.
• Completed system configuration in accordance with approved specifications.
• Triaged and resolved configuration and application issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with software application design, development, and testing.
• 3+ years of experience with the Appian BPM Platform.
• Background check required.
• Successfully passed background and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise application development efforts.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities including strong knowledge of application development life cycle methodologies, expertise in Appian application configuration, debugging, and optimization, ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
