Auria is seeking a dynamic leader in Engineering and Technology solutions for the Department of Defense and civil organizations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Software and Systems Engineering, Cyber Solutions, and Specialized Mission Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering or systems engineering.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
