About the role
The Applications Developer IV is a principal-level role responsible for leading enterprise application architecture, establishing technical standards, and delivering complex software solutions. This role drives innovation, provides cross-team leadership, and ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across the organization.
Responsibilities
Leading enterprise application architecture and solution design
Defining and drive technical standards, frameworks, and best practices
Overseeing the full software development lifecycle and ensure quality delivery
Collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with goals
Guiding development teams and provide technical leadership
Designing scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed systems
Evaluating and adopt new technologies to support innovation
Ensuring governance, compliance, and security standards are met
Mentoring senior and junior developers across teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in application development, system design, or software engineering
Master’s degree preferred
Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are preferred

Expertise in cloud platforms and distributed systems
Knowledge of microservices and API-driven architecture
