Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to evaluate system and infrastructure performance.
- Understand and align development work with the department’s strategic business plans.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s existing IT infrastructure and technology portfolio.
- Plan and design programs by analyzing specifications and technical requirements.
- Implement and adhere to coding standards in all development tasks.
- Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in application development.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of data privacy practices and applicable laws.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
- Document code and system configurations to ensure maintainability and compliance.
- Provide support and guidance on development best practices to fellow team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience working as a software developer.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, including current Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop releases.
- Basic proficiency with programming languages such as C#, T-SQL, and MVC frameworks.
- Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with an advanced level of technical understanding.
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with application development tools such as Visual Studio .NET, MVC, HTML5, and DevOps.
- Experience working with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with cloud services or DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
- Prior exposure to hybrid work environments and collaborative remote team tools.
