Application Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot
• Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in Java (Java version 8+)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with React.js (functional components, hooks, state management)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience integrating frontend React apps with backend APIs
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate development while maintaining strong code quality, security, and review standards
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven/Gradle)

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP, experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools, experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jest), knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices

Skills

• Intermediate experience and knowledge of different programming languages
