Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design workshops
• Educate customers on PCRS
• Collaborate with clients on key decisions to drive best practices
• Provide consultative approach to business solutions and product adoption
• Solve business challenges and gaps
• Consult and implement PCMI’s product, PCRS, to enterprise and strategic customers
• Deliver in-person and virtual consultative sessions with customers
• Analyze business operations and methodology to develop best practices
• Recommend solutions for customer pain points, gaps, needs, goals
• Conduct user acceptance testing with customers
• Perform operational assessment post-implementation to drive product adoption, improve business operations, and refine best practices
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in PCRS administration platform for the customer’s end-to-end business operations
• Produce required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
• Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
• Develop and execute test plans
• Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements
• Maintain an 80% or higher utilization rate within Professional Services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a comparable field
• 2-4 years of demonstrable experience as an Application Consultant at a SaaS company in Professional Services
• Experience working in all facets of enterprise level SaaS implementations
• Prior experience in the auto industry, specifically with after-market warranty services

Skills

• Strong knowledge of automobile finance and insurance industry (a strong plus)
• Broad knowledge of insurance administration systems and other business applications, content management solutions
• Ability to travel to client meetings; up to 5-10%

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 80,000 - 90,000 USD per year (United States)
