About the Opportunity:The APPLICATION BUSINESS ANALYST role involves applying subject matter expertise to address moderately complex business issues and align IT solutions with business needs. This position serves as a liaison between technical teams and business areas, contributing to the development of process improvements and system enhancements. The role is key in ensuring that technology supports business objectives effectively. Responsibilities:Assist in planning and designing business processesFormulate recommendations to improve business activitiesAnalyze and document client business requirements and processesCommunicate requirements to technical teams using data and process modelsCreate test scenarios to verify system design meets client needsDevelop and modify systems requirements documentationParticipate in client meetings to gather and document requirementsExecute systems tests and analyze resultsParticipate in technical reviews to verify project changesDevelop user manuals and training materialsModel business rules and execute acceptance test plans Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experienceThree or more years of business analysis experienceKnowledge of basic programming concepts including configuration and batch processingAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and quantitative analysis softwareStrong analytical and business process re-engineering skillsEffective written, oral communication, and presentation skillsAbility to influence and motivate team members and communicate technical ideas clearly Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 to $79,400.00 per year, with base pay varying by region, experience, and skills Benefits & Perks:Comprehensive health benefits401(k) employer matchEducational assistanceFlexible vacation policy Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
