Application and Validation Engineer (General Sensors)

Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site technical expert for application-related topics
• Analyze customer test requirements and internal test specifications
• Coordinate with global testing team to ensure alignment and standardization of test methods
• Execute vehicle-level testing in Rain Chamber as well as Road Tests
• Document evaluation results in official reports with the global engineering team
• Create evaluation reports and present to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain rain chamber equipment maintenance schedule

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Self-starter, able to work with little to no daily supervision
• 1+ years of experience conducting sensor application work
• Familiarity with LIN CAN and Vector tools a plus
• Ability to support vehicle-level testing in chamber as well as road test drives to collect data
• Certain tests may require night driving occasionally
• Valid driver’s license with no active restrictions
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) are a must
