Application Analyst - Supply Chain

About the role

Work with business stakeholders to provide technical solutions that deliver business needs.

Assist with the design, estimation, planning and implementation phases of a project.

Work with cloud data warehouses using Snowflake/BigQuery, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Must have an excellent functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems, as well as the business processes that are required.
• Must be able to perform support for the Manhattan DFIO application which includes after hours support, incident support, understanding error messages, know how to identify data errors, and understand common processing errors.
• Responsible for creating system test plans and then ultimately performing system testing.
• Responsible for following change management requirements, such as creating change requests in the Service Now application as needed.
• Required to track time using time reporting software.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment and quality.
• Confirm program & application operation by conducting tests modifying program sequence and/or codes.
• Performs systems management and integration functions.
• Provides technical support for in scope applications.
• Work with architect and develop the code.
• Provide solution to the complex requirement.
• Peer review code of other team member.
• Create check list for coding standard.
• Maintain key process steps defined by customer and TCS project management.
