Responsibilities
- Coincordinating the configuration and release of new features
- Testing and implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades
- Monitoring and resolving system issues
- Providing technical and functional application analysis
- Defining system requirements and configuring and maintaining assigned applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders
- Prioritizing, configuring, and developing appropriate solutions
- Continuously improving and optimizing service capabilities
- Providing training on system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Required)
- One year experience as an administrator, developer, or implementer with demonstrated technical and process knowledge with automation tools (Required)
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, SFTP, Restful API, LLM, system integration, job scheduling, and agentic AI tools (Required)
- Desire to learn and gain proficiency in AirFlow, Azure Foundry AI, and Search and other related tools and applications including ServiceNow AI (Required)
- One year experience working in a healthcare/hospital environment (Preferred)
- Familiarity with change management and operational support processes (Preferred)
