Application Analyst

Essential Duties

• Aid in application configuration, upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support reporting, data validation, and integration troubleshooting between systems.
• Help maintain data integrity across applications.
• Create and maintain application support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process, system, or training improvements.
• Contribute to testing and validation of system changes prior to production deployment.
• Support audit, compliance, and security requirements as they relate to applications.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT support roles. Experience supporting enterprise or SaaS business applications. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with ticketing systems and documenting technical issues.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in property management, real estate, or multi-family residential environments. Familiarity with property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems). Basic understanding of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis. Experience working with vendors and third-party application providers. Exposure to application implementations or system upgrades.

Pay

Salary range: $65,000-$80,000

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
