Application Administrator

Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Application Administrator is to provide system administration and support for Citadel’s banking applications, including Core Banking, CRM, Document Management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Account Opening, and internally developed applications. They will ensure the availability and performance of applications exceed service standards, perform application upgrades, and participate on project teams to implement new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Citadel’s core banking applications.
• Ensure application performance and availability.
• Manage application upgrades and new releases.
• Serve as primary point of contact for application-related issues.
• Triage and resolve technical issues.
• Cook up and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal IT resources and 3rd Party vendors when needed.
• Maintain formal documentation of all system configurations and technical processes.
• Generate reports on application usage and trends.
