Responsibilities
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical issues for residential customers.
- Install and replace electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of appliance repair experience.
- Refrigeration repair experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., appliance compartments, utility rooms, attics, or basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending to access appliance components.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor repairs.
- Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment, including delicate appliance parts.
