Appliance Delivery Technician
About the role
The Appliance Delivery Technician will deliver refrigerators and other appliances in residential areas and remove and recycle the existing unit. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver refrigerators and other appliances in residential areas
- Remove and recycle existing units
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure deliveries are completed in a timely manner
- Absorb all company, city, state, and county code requirements in accordance with California Statewide Installation Standards
Requirements
- Two years or more experience delivering and installing appliances or doing installation work
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, de-escalate challenging customer situations, and communicate professionally in English; bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; push, pull, and move appliances and equipment (using team lifting or mechanical assistance as appropriate); bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have valid California driver’s license in good standing, clean driving record

Pay
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
