Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate

About the role
Our Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. This role offers a great work/life balance, excellent benefits, full company-paid training, and multiple career paths.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, or until route completion.
Responsibilities
- Able to perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom appliance installations (training provided).
- Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
- Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed according to manufacturer’s specifications, and fully functioning.
- Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
- Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on product changes.
- Provide driver duties and responsibilities.
- Document detailed job notes in a clear and concise way.
Requirements
- Prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing, or home appliance products or installations is required.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
- With the assistance of lifting equipment (e.g., stair climber, oven lifts, air sled), ability to lift 90+ pound objects constantly.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans is highly preferred.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize work.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, critical thinker, and self-sufficient.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
- Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Pay
Hourly pay range: $19.34 - $29.00. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
