Appliance Assembler - Entry Level

About the role

Auto-Chlor is hiring an Entry-Level Appliance Assembler for our Santa Ana location. No industry experience is required; we provide paid, hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble returned equipment and inspect components for reuse
• Clean, repair, and reassemble commercial dishwashing machines
• Test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs
• Learn to use hand tools and mechanical repair techniques
• Occasionally assist our field team with equipment installations and service support

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years)
• Comfortable working with your hands and learning mechanical skills
• Willingness to solve problems and figure out how things work
• Dependable, motivated, and take pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Open to participating in an occasional on-call rotation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

Pay

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour + overtime opportunities
Expected Annual Compensation: $45,000–$54,000+ depending on overtime

Schedule

Monday–Friday
7:30 AM–4:00 PM
No nights or weekends as part of your regular schedule
Overtime available based on business needs
