Appliance Assembler - Entry Level

About the role

Auto-Chlor is hiring an Entry-Level Appliance Assembler for our Santa Clara location. No industry experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training to teach you everything you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble returned equipment and inspect components for reuse
• Clean, repair, and reassemble commercial dishwashing machines
• Test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs
• Learn to use hand tools and mechanical repair techniques
• Occasionally assist our field team with equipment installations and service support

Requirements

You don't need previous appliance repair experience—we're looking for people with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. Have a valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years), enjoy working with your hands and learning mechanical skills, are comfortable using or willing to learn basic hand tools, like solving problems and figuring out how things work, are dependable, motivated, and take pride in your work, can work independently and as part of a team, and are open to participating in an occasional on-call rotation.

Pay

Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour + overtime opportunities
Expected Annual Compensation: $46,000–$54,000+

Schedule

Monday–Friday
7:30 AM–4:00 PM
No nights or weekends as part of your regular schedule
Overtime available based on business needs
