About the role

In home repair and service at Big Sandy Superstore, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing appliances and electronics, ordering parts, and testing operations. You will also be required to document failed repair attempts and finalize billing notes.

Responsibilities

• Contact customer at the start of each work day.
• Run all calls scheduled for the day.
• Accurately diagnose Appliances & Electronics.
• Order parts and add comments to the work order from the customer's home.
• Install parts on units and test operation after installation.
• Call tech line and document the call in the system after any failed repair attempt.
• Finalize all billing notes from the customer's home.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned and complete them within the agreed-upon timeframe.
