Location -NYC-Onsite Set up and configure Apple devices.Set up and configure laptop.Check toner level (replace, and order spares as needed).Perform IOS updates on Apple Device.Remotely validate that LEG/DBG computers are not just online but accessible via Ninja remote control but without login on— Every Sunday Morning.Replace batteries for mice every quarter.Go to the Apple store and purchase/pickup equipment as needed.Help with wire management.Package and ship equipment as needed.Help with documentation.Collaborate on Special Projects (Work alongside the senior technician on special projects).Applying security updates and remediation on systems.Assist with software installation.Set up and configure peripherals such as printer, charger, camera, video light, etc.…Assist with collecting outdated or decommissioned desktop hardware.
