About the role
Groundswell is a premier technology integrator and solution provider dedicated to addressing the complex challenges faced by federal agencies. This role is remote, allowing flexibility in eastern time zone hours.
Responsibilities
- Support Product Dev Managers in defining MVPs and release plans for Appian applications.
- Conduct requirement discovery, data modeling, process improvement/reengineering analysis, and BPM application design.
- Collaborate with Product Dev Managers and technology stakeholders to define new and enhanced product requirements and functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Dev Managers to prioritize feature enablers within the product roadmap.
- Deliver and maintain user engagement analytics, author user stories, and refine product requirements based on user engagements and sprint showcases.
- Identify and track risks, escalating when necessary; identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Design and implement complex data models based on customer application requirements.
- Use tools such as TFS, Jira, and Github for project management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement refinement for information systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with process-based documentation methods such as use cases, Agile user stories, and process modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on Appian solution implementation experience.

Benefits
- Reasonable estimate of the current salary range: $74,230.00 - $142,250.00.

The salary range for this role takes into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
