Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to ensure technical success.
- Work with client enterprise architecture teams to design and deliver solutions tailored to their unique needs and ecosystems.
- Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies.
- Evaluate and integrate multi-tier architectures through integrations and system configurations.
- Implement internal processes and tools to enhance business efficiency.
- Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal use.
- Provide thought leadership on process improvement and mentoring, training, and enabling of resources.
- Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
- 6+ years of related IT experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Active Appian Lead Certification.
- Strong experience with Agile delivery.
- Strong technical implementation skills.
- Strong database design and development skills.
- Experience evaluating and resolving issues during system security testing.
- Experience with Appian Cloud configuration and support processes.
- Experience implementing Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid platform deployments.
- Experience in network infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details, ability to work in a high-paced environment, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Prior experience working in the following technologies: RDBMS, authentication, web services, integrations and middleware, cloud computing/IaaS, source control.
- Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Willingness to travel 0-15% to client meetings in Washington, DC area and Dallas, TX.

- The salary range for this role takes into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and training; licensure and certifications; and organizational needs.
- A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $113,230.00 - $200,508.00.
