APPENDIX B- ELEMENTARY MENTOR COORDINATOR

About the role

As an Elementary Mentor Coordinator, you will support the implementation of the District's mentoring program, providing guidance and resources to mentor teachers. You will also assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the program and making recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the District's mentoring program
• Provide guidance and resources to mentor teachers
• Aid in the evaluation of the mentoring program's effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience working with educators and students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of educational best practices
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule
