Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate relationships
  • Conduct initial phone screenings
  • Prepare and deliver effective in-person interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates
  • Follow up with candidates after interviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ATS systems
  • Experience with sourcing and screening candidates
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
