Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute placements in accordance with the National Placement Agreement.
• Ensure all blind bios are submitted as required by the agreement.
• Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in headhunting or recruitment agency work.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with legal or professional services firms preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of legal and professional services industry.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems.
