AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. About the role
This position provides the opportunity to deliver independent and collaborative medical care in a mission-driven, team-based environment. You’ll work with a diverse patient population, from pediatric to geriatric, and play a key role in managing both acute and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health
- Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
- Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care
- Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
- Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred
- Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
- Active DEA license
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
