The APP provides comprehensive patient management across the continuum of care, including preoperative evaluation, inpatient and outpatient care, operative assistance, postoperative management, discharge planning, and follow-up care. Based on the needs of the division, the APP will provide independent care and support in both the clinic and operating room to promote optimal coverage, efficient coordination of care, and the highest level of continuity for patients. The APP works closely with the attending surgeons and other members of the care team and demonstrates a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, patient and staff education, and the delivery of safe, high-quality care. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Orthopedic Sports Medicine team. This is a unique opportunity to practice at the intersection of clinical care, surgery, and research—working directly with elite and professional athletes as well as active individuals of all ages. Qualifications Current NCCPA certification and state licensure (or eligibility) preferred Prior orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered Strong interest in caring for athletes and contributing to clinical research Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
