About the role
We are searching for a full-time family medicine NP or PA to support our Emerald Clinic in Boise, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a family medicine setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide appropriate referrals as needed.
- Manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses, including preventive care and health education.
- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain electronic health records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
Requirements
- Education: RN, BSN, MSN, FNP or BS Degree, Successful completion of an ARC-PA accredited training program.
- Licensure / Certification: Full Circle Health medical team members must have the ability to be fully credentialed, licensed and privileged; Unrestricted / unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho; Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration, unrestricted DEA registration and all necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses; Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and all other third party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred, other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
