APP – Neurosurgery – Des Moines - $10,000 Starting Bonus

Full-time position with 1.0 FTE and 36 patient contact hours per week. Scope includes intra-operative assistance, in-office patient visits, and inpatient call and consult rotation. Call requirement: 5-6 shifts per month.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with experience in patient triage and OR support, excited to be part of a growing neurosurgery program. The successful candidate will bring flexibility, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement while helping advance a high-quality, evolving service line.

• Minimum of two years of experience as an inpatient Nurse Practitioner
• Active Iowa NP license and board certification required
