APP Manager Ambulatory, Smilow Cancer Center

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrative and clinical leader for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners within Oncology Services.
• Collaborate with the Director and Operations Manager to ensure high-quality patient care, effective staffing, regulatory compliance, and continuous professional development.
• Provide clinical coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred, BSN or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited PA or APRN program.
• NCCPA (PA) or ANCC/approved NAPRN certification.
• Valid Connecticut license, DEA, and controlled substance registration.
• Minimum 2 years inpatient PA or APRN experience, with oncology experience required.
• Leadership or educational experience preferred.
