APP Associate - Vineland

About the role

This is a new role responsible for all aspects of Asset and Profit Protection, Safety and Security of all Company assets, property, and personnel at the flagship Global HQ.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high standard of Asset and Profit Protection, Safety, and Security within the Flagship Global HQ (rotational shift required).
• Understands business needs to ensure service provision aligns with and enhances operational requirements.
• Carries out Asset and Profit Protection duties, including:
  • Thorough patrols of the building.
  • Front Entrance ID checks.
  • Goods In duties.
  • Loading Bay access control.
  • Control Room duties to minimize risks to the high-profile Global HQ.
• Maintains excellent personal presentation and adheres to uniform standards.
• Demonstrates a sound understanding of Health and Safety policy, site evacuation, and disaster management processes, including:
  • Incident management, reporting, and escalation for serious incidents.
  • Supporting line management as required.
• Operates Access Control and Photo ID systems/administration, ensuring efficient service for all personnel and contractors.
• Investigates all Asset and Profit Protection-related matters following approved processes, including securing and gathering evidence.
• Completes additional Asset and Profit Protection tasks as needed for business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Asset and Profit Protection experience in roles such as control room, goods in, loading bay, front entrance, or corporate environments.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proven communication skills and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Understanding of physical security equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Assertive, decisive, and flexible (rotational shifts required).
• Clear and concise communicator with the ability to influence.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and aligned with Company values.
• Confident, dynamic, and passionate about service.

Qualifications (Ideal but not essential)

• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Fire safety qualification.
• GCSE standard education.
