Key Responsibilities
- Support machine operators during setup, operation, and changeovers.
- Help with threading film, adjusting machine settings, and loading materials.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on pouching machines.
- Aid in troubleshooting and resolving minor machine issues.
- Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Conduct periodic checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including material usage and machine performance, using manufacturing reporting software and hardware.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of previous experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic mechanical tasks and routine maintenance.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and hardware for production reporting.
- Ability to operate powered lift equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and measuring devices.
