Key Responsibilities

• Support machine operators during setup, operation, and changeovers.
• Help with threading film, adjusting machine settings, and loading materials.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on pouching machines.
• Aid in troubleshooting and resolving minor machine issues.
• Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Conduct periodic checks and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including material usage and machine performance, using manufacturing reporting software and hardware.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of previous experience.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mechanical tasks and routine maintenance.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and hardware for production reporting.
• Ability to operate powered lift equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and measuring devices.
