About the Role

Manage end-to-end Class A interiors renovation projects, typically in high-rise, occupied buildings with budgets ranging from $3M to $30M. These creative, high-profile projects serve Fortune 500 clients. The role involves reinforcing the office team and ensuring strategic project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure successful handover of completed projects to the client.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the property and construction industry, particularly in the office sector.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay

Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 (USD).
