About the role
We are seeking an experienced Application Monitoring Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise monitoring solutions for large‑scale applications, systems, networks, and business services. The successful candidate will work closely with monitoring architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver proactive monitoring capabilities that improve application availability, performance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy, and support monitoring solutions for enterprise applications, infrastructure, and business services
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, thresholds, and reporting capabilities
- Gather monitoring requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective monitoring solutions
- Collaborate with Monitoring Architects and Leads to implement enterprise monitoring standards and best practices
- Monitor application, server, network, and service health to ensure high availability and performance
- Analyze, investigate incidents, and support rapid issue resolution
- Enhance observability by implementing instrumentation, metrics collection, and performance monitoring capabilities
- Support production environments by identifying performance degradation and potential system issues proactively
- Maintain monitoring documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations; individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
